Static guarding – Unarmed

• Ensure the security personnel knows their basic roles, tasks and responsibilities
• Ensure the security personnel know their specific task on handling the security matter at a specific area (PSO).
• Understand their roles and responsibilities during emergencies (ERP)
• Able to write a complete report with details.
• Understand the Power of Arrest and Rights of Private Defense
• Understand the importance of Health and Safety at work place

Static guarding – Armed

• Undergoes the same training program as Unarmed Guards, are also required to undergo firearms handling and shooting practice annually.
• Armed Guards are deployed to give armed protection to financial institutions, escort duties such as in cash-in transit, escorting explosives used by quarry operators and bodyguard.
• Armed Guards carry valid armed license issued by Police.
• Execute the First Aid treatment and CPR.

Training

All new recruits have to undergo a comprehensive training, which covers the below mentioned modules. Training will be conducted by our training department as well as external agencies. On site Mock up drill for fire evacuation and industrial accidents are also a major part of our trainings.

Regular guards are also given refresher course periodically to update them with the latest in security systems and techniques. New recruits are given comprehensive 3 days classroom training. After which, the recruits go through the On Job Training.
